Standard Delivery is normally charged at:
- $7.95 for all deliveries within metro NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD & SA
- $9.95 for regional addresses
- $14.95 for all deliveries within WA, TAS & NT
Remote Western Australia and Northern Territory and other island townships (such as Hamilton and Thursday Island) may require a customised quote.
Some items may require additional cartage charge; this will be assessed by the support team. Where heavy, bulk or multiple orders are made, the dispatch agent shall pack the order and advise of any variation to these prices. You will be notified and charged for any additional costs.
You may choose to use your own freight company and pay the charges yourself and there is no additional handling fee for that.
Note that some companies charge an extra fee for deliveries to a residential property.
Goods are usually shipped within 24 hours. Goods not in stock are shipped within 2-5 business days. If items are on back order our clients are contacted and advised of an estimated time of delivery.
Note: Shipments are made from Monday to Friday excluding Australian Public Holidays and week-ends.
Approximate delivery times to the capital cities are as follows. For regional areas please add an appropriate number of days shipping from your capital city hub.
Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide 2 – 5 business days. Perth 5 – 7 business days.

The UComply PPE Online Store has been launched to aid and service our customers within Australia. If you are overseas and place an order through our Online Store, we will be in contact with you to advise if we can accept the order and the shipping costs, terms, as well as dispatch dates. We retain the right to not accept orders from overseas.
Please be advised that if accepted, orders sent to international addresses may incur local taxes and import duties. These are entirely your responsibility and payable by you. These charges are not refundable by us in the event of a Product return (unless required under Australian Consumer Laws) or credit request. Subject to Australian Consumer Laws, any product approved for a return, must be returned at the sender’s expense. No charges for international shipments or handling will be accepted by us.
